The Company
Suinosul began its activities in 1978 and today is a company with long experience in genetic improvement and the supply of high-quality breeding stock. The nucleus farm is situated in Santa Rosa, RS, and in this unit the company carries out its genetic improvement program and the production of F1 gilts and commercial boars.
Since its inception, Suinosul has been improving the genetic quality of its breeding stock and to this end has used the most advanced tecniques of genetic improvement, which guarantee that Suinosul stock increases in quality and profitability constantly.
Suinosul breeding stock incorporate almost three decades of evolution and is totally adapted to the climatic and physical conditions of Brazilian pig farming. The supply of efficient, docile and easily managed animals is the principal mission at Suinosul.
Suinosul offers its clients technical assistence and staff training, so that its clients can avail themselves of the thirty-odd years of experience of pig farming accumulated by the company. In this way, the company helps its clients to achieve high productivity in their farms.
With the aim of helping to create professional and dedicated pigmen, Suinosul offers inhouse training courses for client´s staff, in the areas of service and gestation, farrowing, growers and finishers. This training allows candidates to work alongside and learn from Suinosul´s staff, who have on average 13 years of experience in pig farming.
